Donors give at my.hayaterp.com/donate/your-page or from a campaign link. They choose an appeal, the type and cause, the amount, one-time or monthly giving, and an optional dedication.
Donors who sign in to the customer portal or the Hayat My app see their giving history, pledges and certificates.

Who does what
Each person sees only their own job
Roles decide what each user can see and do. Owners and admins can add users and change roles.
Every gift and payment reaches the accounts. The first save adds the charity accounts and creates the General Fund and Zakat Fund, and every posting carries the source “Charity”.

Common questions
How does it keep zakat separate?
Zakat, fitrana and fidya go into the zakat fund, which pays only beneficiaries verified as zakat-eligible and is never offered for running costs.
Can donors give online?
Yes. Your donate page at my.hayaterp.com/donate takes one-time or monthly gifts without an app or sign-in, and campaigns can have their own links.
Does it issue donation tax certificates?
Yes. Receipts carry your registration, NTN and tax wording, and yearly certificates can be issued for all donors or one donor.
Can aid approval have limits?
Yes. Approvers and managers have limits, and named approvers can have their own. Applications above a limit go to a higher approver.
Does it handle Qurbani?
Yes. When switched on, each season has animals, shares, bookings, collection slips and meat distribution, and closing the season moves leftover money into a fund.
