How much can we save compared to hiring locally?

Will the developers really be online during our day?
Yes. Shift hours are written into the contract. We run separate shifts for the Gulf and South Africa, the UK, Australia and North America, so your team works when you do.
Do you offer ongoing SAP or Oracle EBS support?
Yes. Most enterprise clients take a monthly support retainer with agreed response times, covering tickets, bug fixes, reports and small enhancements, plus extra cover around month-end and go-lives.
Can you work with patient data?
Yes, under a signed Business Associate Agreement or data processing agreement. We work inside your environment, use de-identified test data where possible and keep access logged.
What if a developer isn't a good fit?
Tell your delivery lead. We replace them at no extra cost and handle the knowledge transfer.
Can the contract be under our local law?
Yes. We can sign a master services agreement governed by the law of your country, state or province. Ask for our standard MSA template.
Do you support the Saudi and UAE workweek?
Yes. Saudi clients can book a Sunday – Thursday team. UAE clients work Monday – Friday, which matches our standard week.
