Yes. Our standard shift covers Eastern time, and we staff a later shift for Pacific-time teams with at least 6 shared hours.
Can we pay in Canadian dollars?
Yes. We invoice in CAD and accept wire transfer, EFT or card.
How do you handle personal information?
We follow PIPEDA and the relevant provincial laws, work inside your systems, and sign a data processing agreement.
Can the contract be under Canadian law?
Yes. We can sign a master services agreement governed by the law of your province.
