Setting up

Switch it on in Finance

Choose the country and tick E-invoicing on. The VAT or TRN number and Arabic seller name come from your company record.

For Saudi Arabia, pick the phase and environment and enter the national address, then onboard each EGS unit (per branch, till or default) in four steps: key and CSR, compliance CSID with the OTP from FATOORA, compliance checks, and production CSID.

For the UAE, enter your ASP connection, Peppol participant ID and emirate. Hayat support can adapt the connection to your chosen provider.

Saudi Arabia needs a FATOORA portal account and the UAE needs an ASP contract. Bahrain needs no outside connection. E-invoicing moves no money; the invoice or receipt posts its own journal.
