Who does what
Each person sees only their own job
Roles decide what each user can see and do. Owners and admins can add users and change roles.
Invoices and receipts reach the accounts. Client receivables, supplier payables and advances held on files are posted automatically, and reports show sales, profit per booking, receivables, payables and transport for any period.
On the phone: the Hayat Travel app has Today, Bookings, Visas, Trips and Customers tabs, to take payments, sell seats on the bus and check visa status away from the desk.

Common questions
Can it manage Umrah and Hajj groups?
Yes. Groups keep members, passports and each member's mahram, flag women without a mahram, and create one booking file for the whole group. Packages show seats sold against each quota.
Does it track visas?
Yes. Each visa moves from documents received to submitted, approved or rejected, and delivered to the customer. You can search by name, file or country.
Can we sell bus seats?
Yes. Open a trip to see the seat map, pick seats and sell with a discount reason, promo code and payment, then print. Trips are marked departed and arrived, with expenses such as fuel and tolls.
Can I see profit on each booking?
Yes. Travel reports include sales, profit per booking, receivables, payables and transport for any period.
Do sub-agents get commission?
Yes. When a booking comes through a sub-agent, their commission % shows beside their name, and sub-agents appear in the supplier ledger.
Does it connect to Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo?
A GDS account links Hayat to your agency's Sabre, Amadeus or Travelport (Galileo) access, which needs your own provider contract and certification. Ticket files (AIR, MIR and IUR) can be imported without a live connection.
