Do you implement SAP from scratch?
Our focus is development, integration and support. For a full implementation we work alongside your SAP implementation partner or in-house team, providing ABAP, Fiori and functional capacity at offshore rates.
Which SAP releases do you support?
SAP ECC 6.0 on any enhancement pack, and SAP S/4HANA on-premise and private cloud editions. For S/4HANA Cloud public edition we build side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP.
How does an SAP support retainer work?
You buy a monthly block of consultant hours. Tickets come in through your system, we respond within agreed times, and unused effort can go to small enhancements or documentation. You get a monthly report of tickets and hours.
Can your team work during our month-end close?
Yes. We plan extra cover around month-end, year-end and go-live dates, and our shifts follow your time zone in the US, Canada, UK, Gulf, South Africa and Australia.
How do you access our SAP system securely?
Through your VPN, named user IDs and your SSO, with the roles you approve. You can revoke access at any time and all work is logged in your system.
What does offshore SAP support cost?
Typically a fraction of onshore consulting day rates. We quote a fixed monthly retainer once we know your modules, ticket volume and the hours you need covered.
