Hayat Food brings delivery orders to restaurants, home chefs, marts and pharmacies already on Hayat ERP, Hayat Ride books rides and parcels, and Hayat Captain is one app for the drivers who do both. Here is how each side works.

Delivery and ride apps usually serve three groups: customers, businesses and drivers. Hayat connects all three to the same platform and, for businesses, to the ERP they already use.

For customers: Hayat Food

At food.hayaterp.com and in the app, customers order food from restaurants and home chefs, and groceries and medicines from marts and pharmacies nearby. They pay by cash on delivery, the Hayat wallet, JazzCash, Easypaisa or card, track the rider live, and can switch the site to Urdu.

For businesses: selling on Hayat Food

Restaurants, home chefs, marts, pharmacies and bakeries join from Hayat ERP under "My shop on Hayat Food", and Hayat approves each shop. Orders arrive on a live orders board; the shop accepts within about 5 minutes or the order is rejected and refunded. Riders pick up, so the shop takes no cash, and Hayat pays shops usually weekly to their bank.

If you already take orders from Foodpanda or Careem, those can be managed in the restaurant POS alongside Hayat Food.

For passengers: Hayat Ride

At ride.hayaterp.com, customers book bikes, rickshaws and cars (economy and AC) at a fixed fare or by offering their own fare, and pay in cash or from the wallet. One account works for Food and Ride.

Parcels by bike

Parcels up to 20 kg can be sent by bike. The receiver gets an SMS tracking link and a 4-digit code for the rider, and cash on delivery (up to Rs 50,000) is credited to the sender's wallet.

Safety on every trip

  • A 4-digit trip PIN the driver must enter to start.
  • An SOS button that alerts the control room and up to three trusted contacts by SMS with a live link, with buttons to call Police 15 and Rescue 1122.
  • Live trip sharing, and in-app chat without phone numbers.
  • CNIC, licence, registration and selfie checks on every driver before the first job.

For drivers: Hayat Captain

Hayat Captain is one app for drivers and riders on Ride and Food. Sign up with CNIC, licence, vehicle, documents, a selfie and a payout account; review usually takes 1–2 working days. Drivers go online when they want, accept job offers, and get weekly payouts to a bank account, IBAN, JazzCash or Easypaisa once the balance reaches Rs 500. A cash limit keeps cash collections under control.

Getting started

Businesses on Hayat ERP can open their Hayat Food shop from the ERP; drivers download Hayat Captain. See Hayat Food & Ride for details.
