Registered cars open the barrier automatically. Visitors arrive with a pass on their phone.
Hayat Gate reads the number plate of every vehicle at your gate, decides in a second whether it may come in, opens the boom barrier and keeps a log with a photo. The same system runs ticketless paid parking and monthly passes.
Each plate read gets one of four answers: Allow, Deny, Alert or Pay.
Registered cars open the barrier automatically. Visitors arrive with a pass on their phone.
A plate that is one character off never opens the barrier by itself; it alerts the guard instead.
Blacklisted vehicles raise an alarm on the guard screen, and alert phones get an SMS.
Guards open the barrier with a reason, type a plate by hand, check in visitors and handle alerts, on a phone or the gate PC.
Reads common Pakistani plate formats and corrects common misreads.
No paper tickets. The plate is read at entry and exit, the fee is worked out from the time inside, and the barrier opens once paid.
Per vehicle class: free minutes, slabs, hourly rate, daily cap, night rate, lost-ticket fee and grace minutes.
Pass plans for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, invoiced through Hayat ERP Sales, with auto-renew. An overdue pass is suspended and resumes by itself when paid.
One business can run many sites, each with its own gates, lanes, cameras, vehicles and tariffs. Security companies get a read-only client view.
Cameras: ordinary IP cameras (RTSP) read by the Hayat Gate Agent, a PC program that works without internet, or Hikvision and Dahua ANPR cameras that read the plate in the camera.
Barriers: Hayat Gate only presses the barrier's OPEN button. A relay closes for about half a second, wired alongside the barrier's own button, and never into the motor. Supported relays include Shelly, KMtronic, ESP32 / ESPHome, Waveshare, USR-IO808, Advantech ADAM and USB relays, or the camera's own alarm output.
Paying at the exit: cash, card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank or a pay-link QR, with a numbered receipt on an 80 mm printer. A public pay-by-plate page lets drivers pay before they reach the car.
