Drafts, not surprises
Ask for an invoice, quotation, customer, journal or purchase order. The draft opens in the normal form, and nothing is saved until you press Save.

A starting point, not the final word: Hayat says to check important figures in the report they come from before acting on them. Travel prices and HS duty rates never come from AI, and the tax helper always ends by telling you to confirm with your tax consultant.
Private data stays out: charity features send no donor, beneficiary, CNIC or phone data to AI. Hospital summaries send only the doctor's typed notes, without the patient's name.
Credits you control: each subscriber gets a monthly credit pool, admins see a warning at 80%, and statistics-based features use no credits.

What is Ask Hayat?
Ask Hayat is the AI assistant in Hayat ERP. You type or speak a question and it answers from your own sales, stock, accounts and other data, limited to what your role may see in the active company and branches.
Which languages does it understand?
English, Urdu and Roman Urdu when typed. Voice works in Urdu or English in Chrome and Edge, with an internet connection.
Can Hayat AI change my data?
No. It can prepare drafts such as invoices, quotations or journals, but each one opens in the normal form and nothing is saved until you press Save.
How are AI credits counted?
Each subscriber gets a monthly credit pool, 2,000 by default. Admins see a warning at 80%, and statistics-based features use no credits. Admins can switch each AI feature on or off.
Is my customers' private data sent to AI?
Hayat limits it. For example, charity features send no donor, beneficiary, CNIC or phone data, and hospital summaries send only the doctor's typed notes without the patient's name.
