Hayat Land is the land and property module of Hayat ERP: plot files and installments, computer ballots, NDCs and transfers, agricultural land records with theka and batai, rent collection, and maps. All the money posts to the same accounts as the rest of Hayat.
Set up a project once, then follow each plot and each buyer file through to transfer or possession.

Dated price lists, so new prices never change files already booked, and premiums for corner or park-facing plots.
Booking, installments, balloon and possession dues, with a late-payment surcharge by month or fixed, grace days and a cap.
Book a plot or an open file to be balloted later. Joint owners carry shares that total 100%. Dealers earn commission with their own statements.
Cash, card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank, cheque and pay order, plus pay links valid for 72 hours.
A ballot with a published seed, so anyone with the seed can repeat the draw, or assign plots by hand. Allotment letters carry a QR code that checks they are real.
A no-demand certificate is used once, by a transfer. Transfers charge the seller's fee, check CNICs and keep the ownership history.
Jamabandi records by estate, khewat, khatooni and khasra with owner shares, mutations (intiqal), theka leases, batai by season, and land revenue, abiana and ushr.
Buildings, flats and shops, agreements with deposit and yearly increase, a monthly rent run, aged arrears and owner statements with your management fee.
Maps: draw parcels on OpenStreetMap, link them to plots, khasras or properties, and compare the drawn area with the recorded area. GeoJSON and KML files can be imported.
Documents and court cases: documents carry expiry reminders, and mortgages, liens and court stays block transfers and mutations until they are cleared. Court cases track hearings with a reminder two days ahead.
Hayat AI, when switched on, can read a photo of a fard, registry or intiqal into fields for you to check.
