Selling on Hayat Food
Restaurants, home chefs, marts, pharmacies and bakeries join from their Hayat ERP. Orders arrive on a live orders board to accept, and riders pick them up.

Hayat pays shops, usually weekly, to their bank. The shop takes no cash from riders.

Safety on every trip
Trip PIN: each ride has a 4-digit PIN that the driver must enter to start the trip.
SOS: one button alerts the control room and up to three trusted contacts by SMS with a live link, and shows buttons to call Police 15 and Rescue 1122. Riders can also share a live trip link.
Private numbers: riders and drivers chat in the app and never see each other's phone numbers.
Checked drivers: every driver's CNIC, licence, registration and selfie are checked before their first job.

How do customers pay?
On Hayat Food by cash on delivery, the Hayat wallet, JazzCash, Easypaisa or card. On Hayat Ride by cash to the driver or from the wallet.
How do drivers sign up?
In the Hayat Captain app, with their CNIC, licence, vehicle, documents, a selfie and a payout account. Review usually takes one to two working days.
What keeps riders safe?
A 4-digit trip PIN to start each ride, an SOS button that alerts the control room and trusted contacts, a shareable live trip link, in-app chat without phone numbers, and document checks on every driver.
